The Code Splitter is a software module that takes a standard eCabinet Systems .twd CNC output file and splits it into two or more separate files. All rectangular parts that require no additional machining are output to your panel saw optimizer. The format is adjustable to accommodate all major optimizers and optimized panel saws. Parts that require additional machining are output as a .twd file which can be nested based machined. You can also send all parts made from board stock to a TigerStop for cut-off. This approach offers higher production rates than pure nested based machining.

Code Splitter software sells for $950 per seat. Once you complete the purchase, you will be sent a link to download the Code Splitter software (you can also access this link from the My Account/OrderStatus link at the top of the Thermwood Online Store Page). You will also be emailed the required registration code(s) to activate your purchased modules for the number of seats you specified (within two business days).
